Sales Manager (m/f/d)
You live your job in sales. In the new customer business, you know the feeling of successfully closing a deal and are looking for a sense of achievement. You want to achieve your sales targets and be one of the best sales professionals. Then our sales job is just right for you. With your communication skills, understanding and perseverance, you are persuasive. You are goal-oriented, eloquent, motivated and strong in closing deals.
Your tasks in sales include:
Identification of potential target customers and their needs to maximise market penetration.
New customer acquisition: Actively identifying and approaching potential new customers through various contact channels, including cold calling and LinkedIn selling.
Quotation preparation: Preparation of customised quotations that meet the specific requirements of customers.
Presentation of the company.
Technical demo of the software.
Understanding and solution-orientated use of SIMILIA products: Ability to deepen understanding of customers' complex requirements and use SIMILIA products to solve these challenges.
Good use of CRM systems: Effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer contacts, track sales activities and optimise the sales process.
What you need for your sales job:
You preferably have a technical/commercial education with experience in selling software products and software solutions. You are well versed in the technical IT landscape. CAD, ERP and PDM systems are not just terms for you, but you know their basic function in companies, either from your previous sales jobs or through your experience.
You are strong in communication.
You are strong in closing deals.
You are persuasive.
You are persistent in achieving your goals.
You are structured in the way you work
You are eager to learn.
You have an affinity for digitalisation topics and the use of AI in an industrial environment.
