Through the integration, you start a search query directly in the ERP, PDM, PLM, CRM or CAD system and receive the search results immediately back in your system. Alternatively, the matches can be displayed in a browser window or Excel spreadsheet. You decide in advance which information should be displayed.

SIMILIA AUTOMATION makes it easy to search for similar parts, data and projects. Integrated into your system, you start the search query with just one click. It is not necessary to fundamentally change existing systems for this. A simple implementation guarantees the fast and uncomplicated use of SIMILIA.

Not only metadata is displayed integrated in your system with SIMILIA AUTOMATION, but also the visualization is available to you. Set up on an existing base installation (for example SAP, Infor or Teamcenter, Windchill) this automated control unit takes over the communication with the central server application SIMILIA and returns the result via a neutral interface to the application of choice.

SIMILIA AUTOMATION works as simple as that. <br>The integrated 3D search directly from your ERP, PDM or PLM system.

The search process is initiated via a neutral interface (control file) and processed centrally by SIMILIA AUTOMATION.

The neutral interface is realized as CSV file, XML file or text file.

After the search query has been executed, the result, including the required attributes and any links to other documents, is transferred back and transmitted to the user's software via the same neutral interface.

Alternatively, the result of the search can be displayed in HTML format directly in the web browser. All this is done within seconds without much delay.
